Join Catalogue Exchange board member Tim Curtis and the team from multi-channel mail order company Lands’ End for this lively and interactive event focusing on all aspects of customer service.

It will take place at the firm’s  European Headquarters in  Oakham, in rural Rutland, on Wednesday 21st July. It will share ideas around best practice in customer service and look at how Lands' End respond to their customers. Lands' End serve an ever-growing number of customers in the UK and Europe through regular mail-order catalogues and websites.

The day will begin with an introduction to Lands’ End  as a Global Apparel company, and look at how the employees provide each customer with a personal experience that builds a lasting relationship, and how they strive to exceed customer expectation.  

 
There will be an opportunity before lunch to tour both the Contact Centre and European Distribution Centre, busy shipping parcels all over Europe. After lunch Lands' End will share live calls with customers and combine this with feedback and thoughts from the delegates, sharing ideas for improvement. 

Afternoon tea will be served during an interactive discussion around the topic of customer service and the initial question of "What are some of the customer challenges you currently face in your organisation and within the industry for the next 12 months?” This will culminate in ideas we can all take away for further consideration.
