Join Catalogue Exchange board member Tim Curtis and the team from multi-channel mail order company Lands’ End for this lively and interactive event focusing on all aspects of customer service.
It will take place at the firm’s European Headquarters in Oakham, in rural Rutland, on Wednesday 21st July. It will share ideas around best practice in customer service and look at how Lands' End respond to their customers. Lands' End serve an ever-growing number of customers in the UK and Europe through regular mail-order catalogues and websites.
The day will begin with an introduction to Lands’ End as a Global Apparel company, and look at how the employees provide each customer with a personal experience that builds a lasting relationship, and how they strive to exceed customer expectation.
